You've built your itinerary, set up your passenger page, and polished your sales brochure. Now it's time to send them. This is the moment Fieldbook becomes real.

Sharing your first digital page is the milestone that makes everything you've built in the last few hours tangible — for you and for your guests.


How to share a page

Sharing works the same way for both documents. Open either the Passenger Itinerary or the Sales Brochure in the Documents tab, then click the Share button at the bottom of the panel. Copy the link and send it.

One link, always up to date. The link you share never changes — and because it's connected to your itinerary, any updates you make are reflected immediately. Your guests always see the latest version without you needing to resend anything.


How operators use their Fieldbook links

A Fieldbook link is more versatile than it might seem. Here's how operators are already using both documents in their workflows.

Passenger Itinerary

1. WhatsApp group

Pin the passenger itinerary link to your group WhatsApp chat the moment it opens. Guests always know where to find the latest version — and because it updates automatically, you never need to re-pin it.

2. Booking confirmation email

Include the passenger itinerary link in your booking confirmation email template. Guests receive it immediately after booking and can refer back to it as the trip approaches and the details are filled in.

3. CRM email templates

Add the link to your pre-departure email sequences in your CRM. Because the page updates live, one link works across all your automated communications — no need to update templates each time details change.

4. Pre-departure briefing

Send the link as part of your pre-departure briefing a week before the trip. Guests arrive prepared, informed, and with a clear way to reach you directly from the page.
