How to Add Emergency Contact Information for a Guest

Learn how to add and view emergency contact information for guests in Fieldbook

For your tours, it’s essential to capture emergency contact information to ensure you have someone to reach out to in case of an emergency. Fieldbook allows you to easily add and access this information within the customer record.

Adding Emergency Contact Information

Follow these steps to add emergency contact information:

  1. Navigate to the Customer section on the left side panel.

  2. Open the customer record for whom you’d like to add an emergency contact.

  3. In the Information tab, you’ll find the Emergency Contact section on the right.

  4. Click Add Contact.

  5. Fill out the emergency contact details.

Viewing Emergency Contact Information

Within a Departure:

  • Go to the Group tab within the departure.

  • Open the customer record to see the emergency contact information.

  • You’ll notice a contact record icon. Hover over it to view the emergency contact details.

In Tour Documents:

In the guide document, the emergency contact information will appear in the Contact Details section.
