Copying and pasting itinerary items in Fieldbook is a simple way to streamline your workflow. This feature allows you to quickly duplicate an itinerary item from one itinerary to another, bringing over all the content and services in just a few clicks.

Steps to Copy and Paste an Itinerary Item

    • Go to the itinerary where the item you want to copy is located.

    • Click on the specific itinerary item you wish to duplicate.

  2. Copy the Itinerary Item:

    • Click on the copy icon located on the top right of the itinerary item drawer

  3. Paste the Itinerary Item:

    • Navigate to the itinerary where you want to paste the copied item (this can be the same itinerary or a different one).

    • Click on the paste icon in the top right corner of the itinerary, next to the Download button

    • The copied itinerary item will appear in the new location. Click Add.

Use Cases

Below are common uses cases for when to use copy and paste.

Use Case 1: Repetitive Items

If you have a repetitive item, like a lunch or daily meeting, you can save time by copying and pasting the item multiple times. Once pasted, you can easily drag and drop it to the appropriate days in the itinerary.

Use Case 2: Transferring Items Between Itineraries

If you need to use an itinerary item from one itinerary in another, the copy and paste function works across different itineraries. This feature is particularly handy when creating similar itineraries for different tours. For the best experience, we recommend working with two screens open.

By utilising the copy and paste function, you can efficiently manage and organise your itineraries, saving time and ensuring consistency across your tours.
