Your organisation details — including your logo, brand colour, and contact information — appear on all your digital pages. Keeping them up to date ensures every document you send looks polished and professional.
How branding works in Fieldbook When you set up a document, you select a brand from your organisation's brand list. Fieldbook then pulls through your logo, brand colour, and contact details automatically — so everything stays consistent without any extra effort.
Fieldbook also supports multiple brands under one account, which is useful if you operate tours on behalf of other companies or run white-label products. Each brand has its own logo, colours, and contact details, and can be selected independently on any document.
How to update your brand details
Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation and select Organisation.
Click the Branding tab at the top of the page. You'll see a list of all the brands set up under your account.
Click the brand you want to update. The brand drawer will open on the right-hand side.
Update the relevant fields and click Save changes when you're done.

Adding a new brand
If you operate tours under multiple brands — for example, running trips on behalf of another company or managing a white-label product — you can add additional brands to your account. Each brand has its own logo, colours, and contact details, and can be selected independently when setting up any document.
Go to Settings → Organisation → Branding.
Click New brand to open a blank brand drawer.
Fill in the brand details and click Save changes. The new brand will now be available to select on any document.
Selecting a brand on a document: When editing a document, use the Brand dropdown to choose which brand to apply. Fieldbook will automatically pull through that brand's logo, colour, and contact details.
