Introduction
Purpose: Show how to set up a sales brochure in Fieldbook if it has been removed.
Note: Fieldbook automatically creates three documents (Guide Itinerary, Passenger Itinerary, and Sales Brochure) when you create a new package.
Creating Sales Brochure Document
1. Start Document Creation
Click on 'Create Document'.
Name the document (e.g., 'Sales Brochure').
Set Audience to 'Public' (accessible to everyone).
Choose 'Style' as 'brochure' for a visual format.
2. Add Cover Page
Create a cover page for the brochure.
Example title: 'Sales Brochure'.
3. Add Day Summary Section
Add a section titled 'Day Summary' as part of the Sales Brochure.
4. Add Itinerary Overview Section
Create a section called 'Itinerary Overview'.
This section can be left blank initially.
5. Add Itinerary Section
Add the final section titled 'Itinerary'.
Configure settings to show only start times if desired.
6. Finalize Document Creation
Complete the document creation process.
Understanding Itinerary Information
Information in the itinerary is pulled from two sections:
Day level: Add a sales description.
Itinerary item level: Add a separate sales description.
Decide whether to show specific items on the sales itinerary (e.g., van rental can be hidden from the sales brochure).
