Overview

Fieldbook’s import feature lets you import booking data from Rezdy into Fieldbook. This guide walks you through the process, step by step. The steps are:

  1. Export Booking Data from Rezdy

  2. Import Booking Data into Fieldbook

  3. Map Rezdy fields to Fieldbook fields

  4. Review and Import

Step 1: Export Data from Rezdy

  1. Log in to your Rezdy account and navigate to the session

  2. Click view manifest

  3. Click the export button and it will download it as CSV

If some columns you need aren't in the file, click the Settings button and click Show Columns and add the columns you need.

Step 2: Import Data into Fieldbook

  1. Log in to Fieldbook and navigate to the Bookings tab of the departure that corresponds to the same Rezdy session

  2. Click the Import Bookings button.

  3. Select the CSV file you saved from Rezdy.

Step 3: Map Data Fields

Map the columns from your CSV file to the corresponding fields in Fieldbook.

Booking Reference ID:

Rezdy provides an Order Number which can be mapped to Fieldbook's "Booking Reference Code".

Customer & Participant Names:

In Rezdy data, the Customer Name maps to the Booking Contact field in Fieldbook, while the Participant Name maps to the Customer Name field in Fieldbook.

Mapping Rezdy Extras:

Map each extra in Rezdy to the corresponding package options in your Fieldbook tour. To do this, select "Package Option” and then match the values to the appropriate choices. For example, the Room Upgrade extra in Rezdy is mapped to the Premium Room Package Option in Fieldbook.

Handling Missing or Custom Fields

If your CSV contains data that doesn’t quite match an existing Fieldbook field, refer to guidance from the main help article here.
